For orders being shipped within the U.S.A. we have 3 shipping options: First Class Mail (minimum charge US$5.00), Priority Mail (minimum charge US$9.15), and Express Mail (minimum charge US$21.40). These charges are a Minimum Shipping and Handling charge, actual cost will be based on total weight of complete order. First Class Mail is for orders weighing up to 16 ounces (1 pound). Orders containing larger/heavier items will be charged the extra shipping it costs as noted above.Some items such as Prints, Posters, and Statues, etc. require an additional Shipping Charge due to the special requirements of shipping for those items. This additional charge will be listed in the item description (and may be seen as an additional charge on your credit card statement). There is no tracking facility on First Class Mail or Priority Mail shipments. Delivery Tracking only applies to Express Mail. First Class Mail and Priority Mail deliveries take 3-5 days to arrive after date of shipment. Express Mail takes up to 2 days to arrive after date of shipment. All Overseas orders are charged a minimum US$16.00 shipping fee for Priority Mail or US$22.00 shipping fee for Express Mail, however final shipping cost will depend on weight and destination. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with an exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the purchase.Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty material. Video games, video game systems, computer software, trading cards, DVDs and VHS tapes must be in sealed unopened packages. Once opened, we can only exchange these items for the same product.
